2024-11-17

On 29 October, IFSA President Volodymyr Rubtsov and IFSA Project Coordinator Olha Filina made a working visit to Lviv to hold ongoing meetings at Lviv Polytechnic National University. IFSA representatives met with the Vice-Rector of the University Roman Korzh and the TURBO project coordinator from Lviv Polytechnic, Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Social Work Tetiana Shapovalova. The partners discussed the progress and details of the project, plans for the next stage, and the specifics of working in the region. Representatives of the university showed the guests a well-equipped classroom planned for classes with project participants in 2025.

Currently, all seven Ukrainian universities have developed and approved at the university level educational programmes based on a system of micro-degree programs, which will be available in 2025 to increase the employability of internally displaced persons with at least a bachelor's degree.
