Graduation of the TURBO project autumn semester in Vinnytsia

On November 15, graduation ceremony of the TURBO project autumn semester took place in Vinnytsia. The group of internally displaced persons underwent professional retraining under the micro-accredited training program “Social Entrepreneurship and Information Technologies in Business” at Vinnytsia National Technical University. Activities related to psychological and legal adaptation and assistance in finding employment or starting a business were organized by the NGO “Center for Social Adaptation and Development ”European Initiative." The event took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, with participants expressing their gratitude to teachers, trainers, and project organizers, and noting that they also felt strong support from each other within the group. VNTU Rector Viktor Bilichenko gave a welcoming speech. Project coordinator Olga Filina attended the event on behalf of the IFSA. The event was moderated by the project manager from VNTU, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and Youth Policy Yuriy Burennikov. Teachers and trainers also addressed the graduates with warm and friendly words. Both participants and teachers noted a significant change in the emotional state of people in the group thanks to their participation in the project. People who have lost their homes, jobs, and entire lives are gradually finding support and motivation again, beginning to believe in their own strength, making plans, and setting goals. We sincerely wish the graduates success, self-confidence, and personal victories.
