The second semester of the TURBO project has begun in Lviv

2025-09-09

On September 1, the official opening of the autumn semester of the TURBO project took place in Lviv.

A group of participants who were forced to leave their homes and start from scratch in a new community began training under the educational microcredit program for professional retraining “Social Entrepreneurship in the Field of Social Services,” which is being implemented by Lviv Polytechnic National University. The training is developed and conducted by a team of teachers from the Department of Sociology and Social Work in close cooperation with the public organization “New Society of Ukraine” and the Center for Veteran Development of Lviv Polytechnic. The public organization is responsible for the social adaptation component—psychological and legal adaptation, assistance in finding employment or starting a business.

The program will help participants master modern approaches to creating and developing initiatives in the social sphere, acquire practical project management skills, and develop their own business ideas.

Vladimir Rubtsov, president of the International Fund for Social Adaptation, took part in the event.

We wish the participants teamwork, self-confidence, inspiration, perseverance, and success.

This project has received funding from the European Union (ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE) under grant agreement No 101129315.
