Working visit of the IFSA project coordinator to Odesa

On 31 May, the IFSA project coordinator met with participants and organisers of the TURBO project in Odesa. During a friendly conversation, participants shared their impressions of participating in the project, their stories, plans and suggestions. People who did not know each other who themselves admit that they were quite emotionally closed off, became a friendly, close-knit team during their participation in the project, got rid of many fears, became more confident, are forming concrete plans for the future, and have a desire to continue developing, gaining new knowledge and skills, trying themselves at something new, or adding something new to their daily work. Participants noted the high quality of the teachers' work in developing and presenting the training materials, as well as the excellent, professional and unobtrusive work of the psychologists. There are still two weeks of training and workshops ahead, and the group is preparing for the official graduation in June.
