On 16 December, the IFSA team held a working online meeting and consultations with NGOs and universities that are implementing the TURBO project. The purpose of the meeting was to agree in detail on joint work on the implementation of the project in Ukraine in 2025. In 2025, it is planned to implement short-term courses and social adaptation measures (psychological and legal support, employment assistance) for IDPs in each region where the project operates. Each regional team (university + NGO) will train two groups of participants. The number of graduates of each group is not less than 25 people. The programme of social apathy and professional retraining of IDPs will be organised in two semesters - spring and autumn.
During the meeting, they discussed in detail the quality requirements for project implementation and control methods, organisational issues, challenges faced by partners in different regions and ways to overcome them.
