On September 24, Kozminski University in Warsaw took place a round table dedicated to the implementation of the TURBO project, with the theme: Social adaptation & education of IDPs: learning from Ukraine. The round table was organized and moderated by the project's chief coordinator, the NORD University team. Participants included representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, a representative of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance in Ukraine, Head of the National Social Service of Ukraine, the project coordinator in Ukraine – the International Fund for Social Adaptation, representatives of seven Ukrainian universities participating in the project, the Kozminski University team, and representatives of Norwegian and Polish local authorities.

The participants discussed the main challenges related to the adaptation of IDPs in Ukraine and European countries, prospects and opportunities for state certification of microcredential educational programs, approaches to improving the effectiveness of IDP employment in new communities, and approaches to providing IDPs with psychological and legal support.

The following day, September 25, a working meeting of the Project Steering Committee was held to discuss the results of the project's implementation during 2024 and the first half of 2025, the prospects for spreading the model of social adaptation of IDPs in new communities, ways of further financing, challenges, prospects, and best practices. The project is currently halfway through its implementation (implementation period: January 2024 – December 2026). The problem of integrating IDPs into new communities in Ukraine remains relevant and requires expanding the range of providers of relevant services and disseminating proven methodologies for providing support.
