On May 15, an online meeting was held among the partners of the TORBO project to plan their participation in project activities in Warsaw, which will take place from June 15 to 19, 2026. Project coordinators from Norway (NORD University) and Poland (Kozminski University) are organizing training sessions and workshops for Ukrainian partners on experience sharing, crisis management, innovations in curriculum development, implementation of micro-accreditation programs for IDPs, and digital transformations in education. A coordinator from Ukraine - the International Foundation for Social Adaptation—will participate in all events. An important aspect of the events is the involvement in the workshops and training sessions, in addition to the 7 universities that have been regular participants in the project from the very beginning, of another 7 Ukrainian universities interested in learning from the TURBO project’s experience and implementing its approaches in their development of educational programs for IDPs and other vulnerable population groups. At the meeting, the organizers presented the program of activities, explained the requirements for participants and expectations regarding results, and agreed on the structure of the presentations. The partners also discussed the current status of the project’s implementation, reporting, and the organization of focus groups with project graduates. Focus groups with graduates of the spring and fall semesters of 2025 of the TURBO project are scheduled for this week (May 20 and 21).
